am very disappointed with the service provided. I placed my order and paid for postage, yet after close to two weeks there was no delivery, no tracking information, and very poor communication. I was repeatedly told delays were due to Christmas, which is not a reasonable excuse when customers have paid for shipping and are given no clear timeframe. Due to the lack of service, I had to purchase the same product from another company. It was imported from overseas, cost less, and arrived within five days. The product itself may be fine, but the overall experience with ordering, communication, and fulfilment was unacceptable. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
